We are seeking a highly skilled Data Compliance Specialist to join our team in Pfizer. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all transactions are managed to the highest compliance standards.
The successful candidate will have expertise in MAPP policy, Country Annex, Country Profile, SOP, and MAPP Standards. You will work closely with MAPP Center colleagues, business colleagues, healthcare professionals, and external organizations to ensure seamless interactions.
Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and documenting transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and standards, and collaborating with Legal and Local Compliance to obtain approvals for exceptions and suspicious documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Review and document all transactions assigned to you.
- Ensure MAPP transactions are in compliance with MAPP policy, Country Annex, Country Profile, SOP, and MAPP Standards.
- Properly document information in MAPP Navigator, Ariba, Aravo, Reltio, and other systems according to established processes.
- Interact with MAPP Center colleagues, business colleagues, healthcare professionals, and external organizations as needed.
- Collaborate with Legal and Local Compliance to obtain approvals for exceptions and suspicious documentation.
