Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a quantitative scientific or engineering field
  • 6+ years of work-related experience
  • 4+ years of experience with data, reporting, research, and advanced analytics
  • Project management track record
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of HR data, reporting, and analytics systems
  • Strong executive presence and general management acumen
  • Developing strategies, influencing, and building effective working partnerships across organizations
Work Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
