About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Artwork Coordinator to join our team at Pfizer. As an Artwork Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of product labeling related packaging components. Key responsibilities include coordinating Artwork Change Control logistics, tracking KPIs, and liaising with markets and stakeholders.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary information is gathered for PARs, enabling plant production of Labeling Artwork with minimal rework.
  • You will create Editor's Copy (EC) for select markets, evaluate content updates, and initiate Pfizer Artwork Requests (PARs).
  • You will work closely with markets and stakeholders to ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and regulatory requirements are met.
