We are seeking a highly motivated Market Research Analyst to join our Evaluated Pricing Service team, who will be responsible for providing expert support in pricing production activities and query case management.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and customer service, with a deep understanding of bond mathematics and a passion for capital markets. Excellent analytical skills, strong communication and writing abilities, and proficiency in working with large datasets are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing Production: Conduct market research to determine the fair value for fixed income and derivatives securities, collaborate with the team to develop and implement pricing methodologies, and ensure timely completion of production schedules.
- Customer Service: Provide expert support in handling pre-sales requests, query case management, and customer service research projects and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, actuarial sciences or engineering
- 2 years of relevant experience and 3 years of total experience
- Programming skills with e.g. Python, VBA and/or SQL
- Passion for capital markets
- Excellent communication, writing, and training skills
- Customer service experience
- The ability to work with large amounts of data in spreadsheets
- Fluent in English
