Responsibilities:
- Supervise and administer the billing team to ensure timely and accurate services and responses to queries.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve control of processes and support management decisions.
- Communicate proactively with the team to ensure continuous awareness and understanding of policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports to review individual performance, the performance of their team, and offer on-going developmental coaching.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly motivated, client-focused leader with a positive attitude and high-level communication skills. In addition to the following:
- 5 years of related billing experience.
- 2-3 years in leadership roles.
- Advance studies in business administration, finance, or related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong numeric aptitude.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP systems.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
