We seek an experienced Accountant to join our team. As a key member, you will provide overall support to our Controller, Accounting team, and various departments.

This role presents an excellent opportunity to develop skills and experience in Finance within the tech industry. You will work closely with our accounting team to perform various tasks, including payroll calculation, tax filing, payment processing, and financial statement reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform payroll calculations and file taxes
  • Process payments to third parties and remit payroll taxes
  • Manage company-wide bill processing, including receiving, coding, entering, and processing
  • Review and process expense reports from employees
  • Reconcile credit card statements and verify supporting documentation
  • Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and respond to inquiries
  • Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts
  • Support year-end audit requests

About This Opportunity:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred
  • Public Accountant license a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Payroll experience necessary
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with project deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication and written skills
