As a key member of our Digital Technology organization, you will partner with Business, Product, and Engineering teams to drive programs from concept to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional meetings and workshops to align teams on business requirements, solutions, and delivery plans.">
  • Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating impediments as needed.">
  • Create transparent communications on program status, presenting data-driven updates to stakeholders and sponsors.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • ">
  • 12+ years of experience as a Program Manager and Scrum Master in an enterprise software company.">
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.">
  • Experience using Agile tools and knowledge of ServiceNow Agile products is a plus.">
  • Lean program management, continuous learning, adaptation, and improvement.">
  • A proven track record of out-of-the-box problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguity.">
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and executive communication skills.">
  • Mentoring junior program managers and leading from the front with a willingness to take on tasks outside of scope.">
