About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Investigator to join our team in Santa Ana, Costa Rica. As a key member of our Global Security department, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating potential security risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct global internal/external investigations of fraud, waste, abuse, and violations of the Code of Conduct.
  • Perform risk assessments for all Western Union Corporate Offices.
  • Support project management for Global Security Initiatives.
  • Design, use, and deploy internal and external fraud mitigation and reporting/tracking systems.
  • Crisis management and incident response.
  • Employee and contractor training and documentation for security best practices.
  • Data entry on confidential and security-sensitive information.
  • Global inventory for badging supplies in Western Union main offices.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English level.
  • Experience with in-depth internet research.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership skills in teams and/or projects.
  • Proven communication skills.
  • Knowledge of internet research tools.
  • Experience working within teams to achieve common goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of physical security experience.
  • Experience working with contractors.
  • ASIS member.
  • Experience working with geographically and functionally diverse teams.
  • Lean Six Sigma or any other process improvement methodology.
