The Source to Pay Analyst is a key member of the GBS San Jose Financial Services team, responsible for delivering standardized financial processes on behalf of Biopharmaceutical Finance and their business partners for the Emerging Markets.
This role involves managing and analyzing high volumes of aging accounts, providing support for Markets, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service in an accurate timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Organize workload, prioritize tasks, and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
- • Maintain and exceed metrics and goals.
- • Identify processes and initiatives that align with our Digital Finance strategy.
- • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service in an accurate timeframe.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, and 1-4 years of relevant functional accounting or finance experience.
You should have knowledge of AP Trade clearing and/or Corporate Cards, as well as proficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good written and verbal English communication skills are required, and SAP experience is a plus.
