As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading the accounting and financial processes within the organization. This includes ensuring timely closure of each period end in SAP, in accordance with IFRS and/or US GAAP requirements.
This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of core controllership processes and the ability to identify areas for continuous improvement to drive productivity and strengthen the control environment across the function.
You will work closely with stakeholders to build and develop good working relationships and actively search out areas for process improvement, identify gaps in efficiency and effectiveness, and recommend actions. You will also provide support to continuous improvement projects and ensure all SOX/operational and internal controls are in place.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and initiatives, including managing team performance and development, delivering processes as per SLAs agreed timings, and participating in ad-hoc requirements. You will also be responsible for coordinating and planning activities using time efficiently and prioritizing workload to distribute tasks within the team effectively.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who has a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in multinational companies. You should have knowledge of statutory and management accounting principles, as well as experience in preparing statutory, management, and other relevant reporting. Additionally, you should have excellent analytical and reporting skills, with a strong customer focus and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
