**Job Description:**

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, creating, compiling, and loading related data for new customers, operating expenses, and suppliers in databases, including account maintenance.

You will also utilize advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUPs to generate daily reports on ships/vessels and pricing.

Additionally, you will maintain records of loss recoveries, CITI charges, balances (in partnership with billing), prepayments to important suppliers, and follow up with relevant departments.

Other responsibilities include requesting payment confirmations, swifts, and customer invoicing, performing basic administrative tasks, collaborating with other departments and teams, and meeting attendance and punctuality standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent studies preferred.
  • Desirable experience in shipping agencies or marine services.
  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Able to work constructively under stress and pressure with high workloads and deadlines.
  • Able to build effective working relationships with others.
  • Proactivity is essential.
  • Schedule flexibility required.
