The Inventory Services Specialist will be responsible for executing daily and weekly processes for the team or specific division, leveraging system knowledge to ensure efficient operations. Additionally, this role will involve communicating effectively with counterparts inside and outside the company to ensure smooth collaboration and timely resolution of issues.
Responsibilities- Support Supply Chain Shared Services processes across additional functions, including inventory, packaging, sourcing, logistics, and customs and trade.
- Update Purchase Orders/Outline Agreements in SAP based on information provided by Vendors, Supply Chain, Warehouse, or any other counterpart inside/outside the company.
- Create RTV/Recon/Subcontracting PO's and communicate to counterparts.
- Understand SAP, Blue Yonder, and other system connections.
- Know reports and data sources that support the function.
- Provide information/support to peers in tasks related to training, tracking, metrics, analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Execute daily and weekly processes, and ad hoc requests.
- Understand assortment, inventory position, among others to support other roles in decision making.
