Job Description:
The Associate Recruiter plays a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for Auxis. This includes having a deep understanding of job profiles, meeting with clients to verify job requirements, and coordinating high-volume hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates by leveraging job profiles and client meetings.
- Coordinate logistics for interviews, offer development, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to optimize interview tools, assessments, and guides.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

- Project coordination or ability to manage competing tasks.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft/Workday), applicant tracking systems, and MS Office Applications.
- Behavioral interviewing and consulting with hiring managers experience.
