We are seeking an experienced Lead Financial Analyst and Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes to support business growth and strategic objectives.
Key Accountabilities:- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management on key business decisions.
- Manage and review financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Post-graduate qualification in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or other quantitative field (e.g. MBA, CPA/CA, CIMA, ACCA).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis processes and modeling, or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferably: Office 365), financial modeling and related financial systems.
