Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for processing invoices, analyzing vendor statements, and supporting audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices/payments and/or T&E expense reports audit
- Troubleshoot invoice/payments/T&E processing
- Review vendor statements, open interface items, and work on solutions for invoices sent to the invoice processing queue
- Provide invoice/payment status to internal and external clients
- Handle internal/external audit routine and non-routine requests
- Support the unclaimed Property process
Requirements:
- Two or more years in AP/T&E Audit positions within the Shared Services environment
- English Level B2
- 85% Excel knowledge

- Canon Invoice Automation System experience
- University career student in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
