Your primary goal will be to drive results in a metrics-driven environment, demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will also be expected to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, quickly changing, and highly ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities- Validating employee data from various sources for payroll calculations.
- Reviewing and verifying payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborating with the payroll vendor to resolve employee queries and issues.
- Providing exceptional customer service through a ticketing system.
- Conducting regular audits of bank statements and payments tracker.
- Managing garnishments requests and tracking courthouse open cases.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes.
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
- Proficient in English and Portuguese languages.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Payroll Software and Excel.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
