About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Research Analyst to join our Due Diligence team. As a key member of our research function, you will be responsible for conducting complex research projects, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on various topics, including target company data, industry performance, competitive landscape, and risks
- Analyze data from multiple sources, including databases and financial reports
- Develop and maintain expertise in specific areas, such as deal advisory and M&As
- Collaborate with senior researchers and analysts to deliver high-quality research outputs
- Provide guidance and training to junior researchers on research methods, sources, and output expectations
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in business consulting or research, preferably in due diligence and deal advisory
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using major databases, such as Capital IQ and Bloomberg
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
