At Equifax, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by acting as the primary point of contact for internal clients, sales organizations, and process owners. Your responsibilities will involve researching and analyzing Equifax B2B data to identify opportunities for improvement.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to provide comprehensive and seamless Lead-to-Cash experiences. This will involve collaborating with process owners, sales teams, and local management to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
You will be responsible for managing Equifax data insights, identifying data gaps and process inconsistencies, and working in a production environment to drive results. You will also provide guidance and support to your colleagues, prioritize requests, and maintain adherence to published procedures.
We are seeking an individual with 1+ years of experience in back-office or customer service roles who possesses excellent communication skills (B2+ level) and typing skills (25+ words per minute). A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. Knowledge of CIS, Siebel, ezBoard, and Salesforce is a plus, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite.
