Job OverviewThis role is designed for a motivated professional with a strong engineering background and excellent analytical skills. The successful candidate will lead Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) activities, ensuring compliance with MPO procedures, European Medical Device Directive/Regulation, and US FDA requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct PMS activities, including analysis of product complaints, review of international registries and governmental databases, and summary of literature reviews.
- Schedule and facilitate PMS review team meetings, writing and distributing meeting minutes.
- Follow up on action assignments generated from these meetings to ensure timely completion.
- Assist the Regulatory Affairs group with new product submissions and license renewals by providing results from PMS review findings.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and technical writing skills.
- Entry-level with a strong engineering background and independent research skills.
- Must work well within a team environment and balance multiple ongoing projects, timelines, and outputs.
We offer an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
