The King Air 90 is a crucial asset in our fleet, requiring skilled professionals to maintain its optimal performance.

This role involves working at our base in Liberia, Costa Rica, where you will serve as both pilot and mechanic, ensuring safe and efficient flight operations.

Key responsibilities include piloting the King Air 90 as a single-pilot captain, making sound decisions as a pilot-mechanic in command, and accurately flying according to dispersal criteria.

You will also be responsible for daily, weekly, or monthly reporting, maintaining accurate records and timesheets, following directions, and communicating effectively with pilots and customers about any aircraft issues.

Additionally, you will perform routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance, inspecting systems and components, reading and understanding maintenance manuals, troubleshooting and repairing systems, and other duties as assigned.

To excel in this role, you must possess strong technical aptitude, hands-on experience, and mechanical skills. A minimum of 1200 hours of total flight time, including multi-engine turboprop experience, is required.

Aircraft-specific knowledge of PT6 engines, particularly the King Air 90, is highly valued. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not essential.

You will work closely with your team, adopting a collaborative approach to achieve collective goals. Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure are all valuable assets in this position.
