Role Summary

The Senior HR Reporting Analyst is a key member of the GBS Colleague Solutions Team responsible for designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting HR reporting solutions in Workday and SAP Business Objects.

This role reports to the GBS Global HR Reporting Services Lead and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday and SAP Business Objects reporting solutions to support self-service, shared services, and projects.
  • Fulfill HR data and reporting requests by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Actively monitor service requests, engage cross-functional teams, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain, update, and coordinate Standard Operating Procedures and supporting documentation for services and projects.
  • Partner with project consultants to prioritize tasks and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
  • Manage approvals for data and access requests in partnership with HR Service Center, HR Data Owners, and Legal approvers.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in HRIS and/or HR operations.
  • 1+ year of hands-on Workday HCM experience, including report design and development using Report Writer.
  • 1+ year of hands-on SAP Business Objects design and development experience.
  • Proven process design, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a global cross-functional team environment.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal interaction skills.
  • BASIC knowledge of Data Privacy Regulations, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), etc.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience in Workday business process, reporting, and security design.
  • Certification Preferred: Workday Reporting and Advanced Reporting, Workday HCM, Workday Security Fundamentals.
  • Knowledge and analytical understanding of Workday Security - Roles & User-Based Security.
  • Strong functional understanding of the Workday solution and Software-as-a-Service environment.
  • Self-motivated and flexible, with ability to work effectively and independently in a dynamic problem-solving environment.
Work Environment

This role requires occasional off-hours conference calls and ability to travel up to 5-10%.
