We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our teams and drive the success of our projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Familiar with business scope, objectives, and outcomes, as well as the role and function of each team member, their role in achieving those outcomes.
- Effectively guide the activities of both internal team members and external vendors.
- Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and work under minimal supervision, using independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
- Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Expertise with traditional project and program management methodologies and familiarity with the SAFe Agile Framework.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to give frank and empathetic feedback and coaching.
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- SAFe Agilist (SA) Certification (preferred).
- Knowledge of development languages, tools, and utilities, including JAVA, DB2,.Net and SQL, Jira Align, ServiceNow PPM, MS Azure Suite (preferred).
- Experience in the healthcare industry (preferred).
- Proficiency with ServiceNow PPM (preferred).
- English C1.
