**Job Description:**
The Quote to Cash Operations Analyst will be responsible for auditing sales orders and quotes to ensure accuracy and compliance with business systems.
Key Duties:
- Audit sales orders and quotes using business systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality gaps and process improvements.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their performance and capabilities.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training content that meets business needs.
- Manage and track training records to ensure compliance with Emerson's record retention procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, International Commerce, or significant relevant experience.
- At least one year of experience within the Quote to Cash Process required; training and process improvement experience preferred.
- Oracle CRM, Oracle e-Business OM, PA, and PO Module knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a minimum of B1 level English proficiency.
