Product Lawyer

Uber is revolutionizing the way the world moves and we're looking for a high-caliber commercial associate counsel to support our commercial and product needs.

We're seeking a creative counsel who is not afraid of risks, thinks quickly on their feet and is up for a dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate will be able to assess business opportunities in a responsible manner.

• Support in advising Uber's Rides & Eats businesses on commercial contracts, marketing, corporate, and product matters.
• Collaborate on various business areas including product development, vehicle solutions, and business development.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Counsel to ensure that all commercial contracts, promotional agreements, service agreements, sponsorships, partnerships as well as general procurement, real estate, marketing, and advertising initiatives are completed efficiently.

• 3-5 years of experience at an outstanding law firm or in-house team.
• Highly motivated, creative, entrepreneurial, and laser-focused on details; able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong academic credentials and a law degree.
• Good judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
