We are seeking a talented Collections Junior Analyst to join our dynamic team at Equifax. As a Collections Junior Analyst, you will play a critical role in resolving delinquent customer issues, developing solutions, and implementing action plans to reduce delinquency.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve delinquent customer issues.
- Develop and implement action plans to reduce delinquency.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports, process refunds, review account adjustments, and resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
Requirements
- English language proficiency (B2/C1 level).
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Excel.
- At least 1 year of experience in the accounting department.
- Strong customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle and Salesforce experience.
- University student in Accounting, Business Administration, Finances, or a related career.
