About the Role
Citi is seeking a seasoned Mainframe Advanced Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Mainframe systems.
Main Job Functions:
- Resolve moderately to high-complexity problems/projects through analysis, technical experience, and precedents.
- Participate in testing activities, including the creation and execution of basic test scripts and evaluating results for possible enhancements.
- Complete control activities (risk, self-assessment, COB, audit, etc.) and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Gather and organize requirements for hardware acquisition and deployment activities.
- Collect, compile, and synthesize information regarding technology processes or systems; create and prepare reports.
Key Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in an Infrastructure Technology role exposed to Mainframe with knowledge and support among the z/OS platform and its products.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and support L1 associates.
- Ability to work under pressure and organize workload.
