We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator in San Jose, Costa Rica. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and ensuring the correct logistics of transportation services in Costa Rica.

  • Process any cancellations and manage queries regarding pick-up times, timetables, and prices.
  • Make transportation quotes for the reservations and quotes department before clients arrive in the country.

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and opportunities for growth and development.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Tour Operation Industry.
  • Experience in a similar role or any administrative career background is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish and English are a must (additional languages, such as French or German will be an advantage but not required).
