The Finance Transformation Office (FTO) plays a pivotal role in driving organizational change and process improvement within Citi's financial services operations. As a key member of the Planning Technology PMO, this position demands exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in finance transformation.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of finance processes, with a focus on program management, operational leadership, and advisory services. Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the design, implementation, and governance of financial solutions across Citi's businesses, products, functions, and locations.
- Participating in the formulation and setting of strategic direction for finance processes, architecture, and organization.
- Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for senior stakeholders and team members, providing guidance on finance best practices and process improvements.
- Leading small to medium-sized finance teams, promoting motivation, development, and performance evaluation.
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, preferably with Citi.
- Excellent communication and relational skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
