As a Regulated Manufacturing Operations Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining and controlling production capacity models, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing and implementing process changes to enhance productivity and quality.
Key responsibilities include generating and maintaining documentation for internal processes, inspection criteria, Bill of Materials, and other manufacturing records. You will also conceptualize and develop lean manufacturing processes for new and existing business opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in a related technical field, such as mechanical engineering or plastics engineering. Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is essential, preferably in the medical or healthcare products sector. Strong project management skills and knowledge of ISO-13485 and FDA cGMP regulations are also required.
