The Role

The Senior Manager plays a critical role in supporting the financial planning and analysis processes, including business partnering and cross-functional project work. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of financial planning and analysis processes, projects, and ad-hoc requests by embracing the following responsibilities:
  • Prepare and communicate monthly reports and variance analysis in a timely manner, utilizing financial KPI analysis and historical trends to identify key focus areas for management.
  • Own and lead the business planning processes and results: forecast, budget, 5-year strategic plan, etc.
  • Deliver driver-based outputs for discussion with management.
  • Partner with local, regional, and global contacts to ensure deliverables are met as agreed.
Key Qualifications
  • Post-graduate qualification in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or other quantitative field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in Financial Planning and Analysis processes and modelling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • Solid understanding of accounting concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written English level.
