At Idioma Internacional, we are committed to delivering exceptional educational experiences that bridge the gap between in-person and online learning. We seek a highly skilled Hybrid EFL Teacher to join our dynamic team in Costa Rica.
Role Summary
The Hybrid EFL Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs, leveraging both in-person and virtual teaching tools such as Moodle, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. This role requires strong cultural awareness, technological proficiency, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-quality lesson plans that incorporate technology-enhanced instruction
- Deliver interactive and immersive learning experiences for students of varying proficiency levels
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance overall program quality
Requirements and Qualifications
- Native-level English proficiency (C2)
- ESL/TEFL/CELTA certification or degree equivalent
- Completed Bachelor's Degree
- 100+ hours teaching experience
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with digital platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Experience working in business or international education
- B1 CEFR level proficiency in Spanish
