Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain processes for component attach, underfill lid attach, and laser mark in semiconductor manufacturing operations
- Identify and implement operational improvements to maximize output while improving safety, yields, and quality

- Conduct tests and measurements to determine control over critical success indicators and parameters of the process line
- Establish and submit processing requirements for designing and acquiring processing equipment
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion when making recommendations and adjusting tools and processes
