Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Lead to lead major strategic projects across the People Team and other corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum 5 years of program/project management experience, including handling strategic projects in the People function.
  • Knowledge and expertise in collaborating with others to define and implement programs, processes, systems, and tools.

The HR Portfolio Manager will be responsible for:

  • Defining project scope, objectives, and results in a detailed work plan, including resource requirements.
  • Continuously supervising and running risks, actions, issues, and decisions (RAID), customer concerns, workstream communications, and team member management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana, MS Project, Smartsheets), PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and ServiceNow.
  • Strong social skills to collaborate optimally with others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate well with all partners.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a relevant field of study.
