We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Tenant Administrator Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our Microsoft tenant, ensuring security, stability, and compliance with all business requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the Microsoft tenant, ensuring seamless system performance, security, and compliance for client applications.
- Coordinate across teams, working with Chapter Leads and COEs to align platform standards and best practices.
- Ensure smooth collaboration across Chapter Leads, coordinating efforts to maintain consistency and efficiency in system management.
**Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft tenant administration, system administration, or IT operations in a large enterprise.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Azure Active Directory.
- Experience managing high-visibility, business-critical applications, ideally in a global or consulting firm environment.
