This Regulatory Compliance Analyst position is part of the Emerson Regulatory Compliance Global Shared Services team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and complete daily tasks on behalf of various entities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct restricted party screenings and analyze potential matches.
- Perform end-use, end-user, and anti-boycott screenings, releasing orders and shipments as needed.
- Audit import and export documentation to ensure compliance.
- Maintain performance metrics and conduct basic analysis of transactions and reports.
- Support the import HS classification process for U.S. entities and request annual Certificates of Origin from suppliers.
- Track certificates received and review accuracy.
- Follow distributors to complete Due Diligence Questionnaires in Oracle Checkpoint.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of customs and trade terminology.
