About the RoleThis is a full-time, hybrid position (minimum 3 days/week in office), located in Heredia. Remote work location must have high-speed internet access. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will support our business by providing expertise in employee relations, talent management, and HR processes.
Main Responsibilities- Employee Relations: Fielding inquiries, addressing issues, and escalating critical matters to ensure a positive work environment.
- Talent Management: Supporting initiatives, managing performance, and developing careers.
- HR Processes: Managing updates in our HRIS system, partnering with management, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English languages.
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good sound judgment.
- Partnering and communicating with senior management.
