Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Optimize mold lifecycle and reduce costs through efficient maintenance approaches.
  • Improve mold availability and reduce downtime through proactive maintenance strategies.
  • Advise on maintenance approaches and update maintenance plans to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Raise maintenance requests as needed and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

  • Considerable experience (0-2 years) as a Precision/Electromechanical technician.
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
  • Basic English skills and proficiency in computer applications like Word and Excel.
  • Adequate educational background and/or experience in Medical Companies to effectively perform self-training.
  • Familiarity with QSR and ISO 13485 requirements, as well as Japan regulations.
