We're seeking an experienced Orthodontics Advisor II to join our clinical team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing clinical guidance to different teams on all stages of the smile plan creation process. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our protocols and criteria are followed to deliver high-quality treatments using our clear aligners.
Responsibilities and Expectations- Monitor the pre-assessment queue to prevent cases from surpassing 2 days and ensure smooth workflow.
- Review treatment plans that require approval to offer the best possible treatment plan.
- Analyze cases to determine if they can be treated with our product and make informed decisions regarding clearance or disqualification.
- Clinical evaluation of Touch Ups, IC, or MCT cases requiring direct communication with customers.
- Clinical evaluation of ELP review requests to assess their feasibility.
- Provide guidance on tooth mechanics, movement plans, and overall acceptability.
- Participate in Call Reviews to offer clinical support when needed.
- Orthodontic license
- Combination experience in private practice and administrative dental as a dentist (at least +2 years)
- Experience with clear aligner treatment (at least 1 year)
- Experience as an Orthodontist (at least 1 year)
