Key Responsibilities- Oversee all financial aspects supporting CSS products, including budgeting, headcount management, outlook planning, and consumption charges.
- Act as core interface with senior business leaders, finance, and internal stakeholders to manage CSS financials.
- Deliver high-level & detailed monthly budget reports for each CSS product.
- Presentation of senior-level easily digestible financial data, generating value through insights and storytelling of the 'what and why' aspect of strategy.
Working closely with CSS product heads, site heads, and CAO's to ensure proper support and alignment.
Requirements- English level advanced.
- Bachelor university degree completed.
- 6+ years of financial planning & analysis experience, preferably in a large organization.
- Previous budgeting and forecasting reporting experience.
Demonstrating strong leadership and managerial skills to attract, retain, and develop talent for the function.
