About the Job:
We are looking for a skilled QA Microbiology and MTAC Associate to join our team at Boston Scientific Corporation. As a member of our quality team, you will be responsible for providing support to the QA Laboratories (Microbiology, MTAC, Complaints) by performing testing associated with respective QA laboratories, correctly recording data, writing and reviewing reports, and communicating results precisely and promptly.
You will also assist with process and equipment qualification activities, perform intermediate statistical analysis, and communicate documented results to teams. Additionally, you will lead product failure analysis and assist in investigations and dispositions of nonconforming materials, designs, and systems.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and technical competency in Electrical, Mechanics, Electromechanical, Electrotechnical, or Quality, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
