Our Inside Sales organization is driving growth in cloud-first, mobile-first businesses while leveraging modern technology and big data and analytics to drive impactful demand response and targeted sales coverage.

We seek a Sales Enablement Professional to work closely with customers, sales teams, and implementation partners to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing net-new business, managing, and growing Microsoft's existing customer base.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Identify opportunities for businesses to reinvent themselves and meet a new standard of excellence through Microsoft's technologies.* Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences, providing technical product information and insights relevant to customer requirements and usage scenarios.* Showcase how customers can unlock value and envision their future with Microsoft's technologies through various product demonstrations.* Oversee sales efforts from opportunity to usage, leading the sales strategy, addressing objections, and negotiating success.* Foster ongoing customer relationships to ensure long-term customer success with Microsoft technologies.* Meet and surpass targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline, as well as monthly and quarterly forecasts for cloud solution adoption and sales.* Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment with Sales Development Specialists, Technical Solution Experts, and Consumption Analysts to efficiently manage opportunities and pipeline through the sales cycle.* Utilize multiple channels such as social media, digital platforms, video, chat, phone, and demonstrations to engage with, sell to, and manage Microsoft customers.* Present action plans and results to management, using proper escalation procedures to maintain focus on objectives and goals.* Deliver an exceptional customer engagement experience by prioritizing Microsoft's customers and prospects.

**Requirements:**

* Fluency in Portuguese.* 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.* Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools is a plus.* Basic understanding of the IT industry, with the capability to quickly learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions.* Driven personality with a passion for achieving success, motivated by performance incentives for exceeding annual sales targets.* Strong time management skills and ability to work independently or under supervision with high integrity.* Enthusiasm for cloud technologies and making a positive impact.
