The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for activities related to the processing and payment of supplier invoices in Stryker's newly created Costa Rica Shared Service Center.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process invoices accurately and efficiently throughout the month using Oracle, JDE and/or SAP
  2. Review Non-PO invoices for proper approval and valid GL numbers
  3. Work closely with relevant parties to resolve critical issues preventing invoices from being processed
  4. Maintain documentation to support AP transactions, facilitating efficient review and audit of financial records
  5. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures to guarantee accurate financial records, particularly in relation to the Corporate Delegation of Authority policy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is an asset
  • Familiarity with Oracle, JDE and SAP systems is highly desirable
