**Job Description:**

As a Collateral Writer at Screenovate, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation that meets the needs of our internal customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create and publish technical documentation utilizing web-based authoring tools.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop solutions.
  • Design and create engaging content that meets the needs of our internal customers.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in English or English Translation, or related field.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office tools, DITA, Markup, HTML, or XML languages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
