As an OTC Sr. Analyst, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal by managing collection activities, ensuring timely and accurate recovery, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
You will work closely with the Rebates and Customer Services teams to provide visibility of deductions and prioritize cases for resolution.
This role requires strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Best-In-Class OTC processes, ensuring timely and accurate recovery.
- Manage proper collection activities to ensure timely and accurate recovery.
- Collaborate with the Rebates and Customer Services teams to provide visibility of deductions and prioritize cases for resolution.
- Become a problem solver, addressing issues reported by customers and stakeholders.
- Manage escalation and track common mistakes and complaints.
- Keep track of trends that produce un-collectability (disputes/claims, rebates deductions, returns, etc.).
- Conduct regular touchpoint meetings with stakeholders to share results, challenges, and require support.
Qualifications
- Experience working in Shared Services environments.
- Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency.
- Finance background.
- Experience using SAP platform.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to push creative thinking beyond existing practices and mindsets.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to capture information clearly and concisely.
- Proactive individual who can collaborate and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
