  • Job Summary:
  • As an Aviation Base Manager at Dynamic Aviation, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the Costa Rica Sterile Insect Technique base, including personnel, flight operations, and equipment.
  • Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer experience, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, and managing administrative functions through process improvement and development.
