Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Compliance Risk Specialist to lead our investigator management team. As a member of our Registration and Compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of AML regulations.

About the Role:

The Compliance Risk Specialist will be responsible for leading a team of investigators who will perform audits and investigations to identify and mitigate compliance risks. You will work closely with our operations management teams, AML programme teams, and compliance officers to ensure the integrity of our business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective investigation strategies to identify and mitigate compliance risks.Lead a team of highly skilled investigators who perform audits and investigations.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective risk mitigation plans.Evaluate the effectiveness of our AML controls and make recommendations for improvement.Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and ensure our business practices comply with these regulations.Represent Compliance in stakeholder meetings and provide guidance on risk-related matters.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including operations management teams, AML programme teams, and compliance officers.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Compliance, Risk, or Business

- 5+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk, or Audit roles
