Job Description:
As a Senior Sailpoint Support Engineer at Experian, you will perform critical analysis to identify and resolve conflicts, break down high-level information into actionable work plans, and assist technical team members with system/technical deliverables.
You will collaborate with internal infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and alerts according to established incident response timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform critical analysis to identify and resolve conflicts

Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional Identity Management experience
- Demonstrated understanding of modern IDM concepts and best practices
- Solid knowledge of identity data flows, engineering workflows, security roles, certification/attestation, entitlement management, SOD, and access governance in SailPoint IIQ
- Experience supporting SailPoint IIQ integrations with various technologies
- Hands-on experience with Database Administration and support (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL)
- Experience with various APIs including SCIM, REST, and SOAP
- Familiarity with programming and web technologies such as Java/BeanShell, JavaScript, SPML/SOAP, JSF
