The Senior Manager of Financial Operations is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis functions within the organization. This position plays a critical role in driving business decisions by providing accurate and timely financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business growth and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management on key business decisions.
- Manage and review financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Post-graduate qualification in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or other quantitative field (e.g. MBA, CPA/CA, CIMA, ACCA).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis processes and modeling, or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferably: Office 365), financial modeling and related financial systems.
