**Job Overview**

This role is part of the Finance team at Intel, focused on supporting business decisions that maximize shareholder value.

As a member of this team, you will act as a full partner in driving change and improvement within finance and operations supported.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Analyze financial information to develop solutions for complex problems
  • Apply advanced financial modeling, accounting, and risk management skills
  • Provide advice and financial information to operational business groups or factories
  • Closing the books, analyzing variances, and developing financial forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with reporting standards and corporate policies

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be initially considered for this position, you must possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in financial roles
  • 2+ years of experience in Capital-related roles
  • Advanced English level
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Macros, and Queries
  • Permanent, unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Master's degree
  • Experience with Power BI or Data visualization/analytics tools
  • Passion and knowledge for process improvements, automation, standardization, and business process management
