The Client Security Assurance team within our Global Security Office provides B2B clients with assurance that Experian's control environment is secure. This role requires strong communication skills and a client-focused attitude.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage client audits, including presentations of evidence, explanations of controls, and coordination of pre- and post-audit activities
  • Support commercial teams in presenting Experian's security controls and risk posture to clients through Requests for Information/Requests for Proposal and/or pre-sales consultancy
  • Review contractual security clauses and deliverables under agreements to ensure Experian doesn't exceed risk tolerance or fail to meet client requirements
  • Articulate contractual risks to business units to enable informed contractual decisions
  • Provide accurate, valid, and timely responses to security questionnaires and ad-hoc inquiries from clients and business partners
  • Maintain client-facing security documentation, ensuring its continued relevance and accuracy

This role requires a strong understanding of key network and technical security controls, investigative and critical thinking skills, robust documentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Salesforce is also preferred.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in English
  • Project management skills and the ability to coordinate and lead varying audits (and projects) of varying complexity
  • At least 5 years of experience working in an enterprise IT environment with at least 3 years working in information security solutions or services
  • Experience in supporting sales processes from an information security or IT operations perspective, preferably with legal background

We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. If you're passionate about cybersecurity and want to make a difference in the industry, we encourage you to apply.
